Marvel Studios today announced the full slate of “Phase 3” films for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and when you can expect to see these films through 2019.
The first of the Phase 3 films is Captain America: Civil War, in which Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) will face off against Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). The film will also introduce Chadwick Boseman (42) as Black Panther, who will star in his own spin-off in November 2017.
And while the announcement didn’t include solo films for Black Widow or The Hulk, Marvel also noted at the event that additional films may be announced at a later date.
The (current) slate of Phase 3 films are as follows:
May 26, 2016: Captain America: Civil War
November 4, 2016: Doctor Strange
May 5, 2017: Guardians of the Galaxy 2
July 28, 2017: Thor: Ragnarok
November 3, 2017: Black Panther
May 4, 2018: Avengers: Infinity War (Part I)
July 6, 2018: Captain Marvel
November 2, 2018: Inhumans
May 3, 2019: Avengers: Infinity War (Part I)
